Don was raised in Southern California to refugee parents from Vietnam who are highly respected individuals in the Vietnamese Community. He graduated with high honors and is a member of the Order of Coif from Loyola Law School. He is extremely busy, but always makes time to advocate for things in which he is passionate about, including his clients.
Admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court - Central District of California.

Jacques Guzman brings a unique blend of corporate management experience and a passion for community advocacy to his role at Law and Justice Legal Services.
After a distinguished 20-year career with Starbucks Coffee Company, Jacques made the pivotal decision to pursue a legal education, driven by a commitment to serve as a voice for the underserved.
Jacques is currently a rising second-year student at Trinity Law School, where he is on track to earn his Juris Doctor in 2027. His strong academic foundation was built at Arizona State University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies.
His dedication to service extends beyond his professional goals. Jacques has strong ties to the Mexican immigrant community in Los Angeles County and actively volunteers with his church to support families in need.
At our firm, he works closely with our attorneys and legal staff, gaining the hands-on experience that will prepare him for a robust career.
Jacques is eager to obtain his license from the California State Bar to begin his work pursuing justice for those in need.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.
